Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries, product and service questions, and customer complaints
Regularly meet with sales lead to receive the newest service and product knowledge
Create records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure all questions have been answered
Keep track of customer accounts and make updates with new account information as necessary
Find patterns in customer complaints and bring them to the team for improvement
Must have experience processing paperwork and be very detail‑oriented
Schwab, Fidelity, Altruist, Redtail, Salesforce background preferred
Qualifications
Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills
Experience working in a customer‑oriented atmosphere
High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
Compensation $48,000 – $51,500 per year
