Retail Event Lead | T‑Mobile Arena

T-Mobile Arena, Las Vegas, NV
Starting Pay:
$21.00 per hour
Job Summary The Food‑Service Supervisor is responsible for delivering a high‑quality customer experience and supervising staff during events and non‑event days at the T‑Mobile Arena. Key duties include transactional service, retail operations, staff management, inventory control, and event coordination.
Major Areas of Responsibility
Service:
Understand product offerings, drive sales, maintain appearance guidelines, display merchandise, coach teammates, and apply best retail practices.
Supervision:
Lead day‑to‑day operations, manage staff, ensure compliance with laws and company policies, coach employees, assist with event set‑ups and e‑commerce support, and maintain POS proficiency.
Controls:
Follow tender handling, accurately use the POS system, maintain inventory control, enforce store standards, communicate issues to management, and close financials at events.
Team:
Exhibit a positive attitude, help teammates, and lead communication for projects from start to finish.
Job Requirements
Lifts and transports up to 50 lbs.
Frequently reaches, lifts, stoops, bends, and cleans to maintain the store area.
Walks and stands during the entire shift.
