You will be the first point of contact for any customer inquiries or concerns, and will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner through our live chat platform
Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding products, services, and company policies
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating to the appropriate team member if necessary
Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times
Document and track customer interactions and feedback for reporting purposes
Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve and optimize our live chat support process
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a live chat or online support environment
Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to type quickly and accurately
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with live chat software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
