Salary $47,866 - $59,354; commensurate with experience
Overview The Print Services Coordinator will serve as the front-facing operations specialist for Blue Print, acting as the primary liaison between campus clients and production services. This role manages order intake, pricing, and project coordination through an online ordering system, while ensuring a professional and efficient front-desk experience. The specialist provides consultation on print and promotional products—including in-house T-shirt production—and oversees student workers assigned to front‑end support. This position plays a vital role in maintaining high‑quality customer service, workflow efficiency, and alignment with university branding standards. Reports to and works directly with the Director of Creative and Visual Services.
Qualifications
Required Education: High school diploma or equivalent; coursework in graphic arts, business, or communications preferred.
Required Experience: Three years of progressively responsible experience in printing, copy center or related field with customer service or front‑office operations.
Required License/Registration/Certification: Valid Tennessee driver’s license.
Desirable Experience: Graphic design or printing coursework preferred.
Desirable License/Registration/Certification: Digital Printing certification.
