About the Hotel The Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace is located within walking distance to Disney Springs and boasts over 1,000 rooms, 92,000 sq ft of banquet space, and six food and beverage outlets, including a restaurant, lobby bar, pool restaurant, pool bar, grab‑and‑go marketplace, and in‑room dining.

Ideal Candidate We seek a passionate, collaborative leader and mentor with experience in high‑volume, beverage‑forward environments and a minimum of two years of Food & Beverage management experience. A hotel operations background and prior union management experience are highly preferred.

Shift Pattern Full availability is needed, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Manage all outlet operations, including guest service standards, product quality, cost controls, overall profitability, marketing initiatives, systems use, budgeting, forecasting, department management, policy and procedure implementation, and meeting facilitation.

Monitor and develop team member performance through supervision, professional development, counselling, evaluations, and recognition.

Monitor and assess product, service, and satisfaction trends, evaluate issues, and implement improvements.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards.

Initiate and implement marketing and upselling techniques to promote restaurant food and beverage services and maximize revenue.

Ensure team members possess current knowledge of outlet offerings, products, services, policies, and local events.

Recruit, interview, and train team members.

Qualifications

Experience in high‑volume, beverage‑forward environments.

Minimum two years of Food & Beverage management experience.

Hotel operations knowledge preferred.

Demonstrated hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and urgency.
