Senior Environmental Engineer / Geologist (PE or PG)
Senior Environmental Consultant for headquarters in Kennesaw, GA. 10+ years of consulting experience on due diligence projects, positive attitude, strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
Senior reviewer for Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) and Phase II remediation activities.
Indoor Air Quality consulting (mold, asbestos, lead‑based paint).
Underground storage tank removals.
Cross‑train with geotechnical engineering and building envelope/facilities service lines.
Mentor junior staff and review reports.
Qualifications
Degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering, Geology, or Environmental Science.
8+ years experience with due diligence projects (Phase I & II).
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or Professional Geologist (PG) required.
Experience with Phase I & II ESAs, soil/groundwater sampling, PFAs, brownfield work, soil vapor, risk hazard assessment, vapor barrier design.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Experience reviewing due diligence reports.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements.
Valid state driver’s license with clean record.
