Hoel House-person or Houseman -- Heavy Duty/Housekeeping
Full-time position at a newly renovated luxury hotel/casino. Starting pay $13 per hour (up to $13.50 depending on experience). TBC provides comprehensive housekeeping training, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, direct deposit, holiday and vacation pay, and opportunities for growth.
Schedule 8:00 am – 4:00 pm (actual schedule may vary).

A Day in the Life of a Hotel Houseman
Integral part of the housekeeping team, delivering positive experiences to guests.
Report room discrepancies and maintenance problems to supervisor.
Respond to guest requests for items such as amenities and towels.
Perform other services as directed.
Qualifications for a Guest Room Attendant
21 years old or older.
Occasional lifting up to 70 lb and general cleaning tasks (bending, kneeling, reaching, standing all shift).
Frequent walking, standing, bending, stooping, reaching, kneeling and carrying.
Use hands to operate cleaning equipment and complete duties.
Visual acuity sufficient to inspect cleanliness of surfaces.
Previous commercial cleaning or hospitality experience is a plus.
Fast, efficient, self‑motivated, eager to do a good job.
Positive, can‑do attitude.
Honest and respectful of guest privacy and property.
Job Duties
Meet productivity standards and complete work within budget and time.
Observe safety and security procedures; report conditions; use chemicals properly; wear gloves; follow key‑control policies.
Dependable: consistently on time, attend meetings, work holidays and weekends as required.
Report lost and found, maintenance issues, “Do Not Disturb” and “Refuse Service” to supervisor.
Education & Experience
High School diploma or equivalent preferred; six months houseman experience a plus.
