$78,000 - $123,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain EHS programs and policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
Conduct regular EHS risk assessments, inspections, and audits to identify hazards and ensure control measures are effective.
Lead incident investigations, determine root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Design and deliver EHS training programs for all employees, contractors, and visitors.
Manage the facility's emergency preparedness and response plans.
Monitor and report EHS performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local EHS regulations (e.g., OSHA, EPA).
Recommended Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
5+ years of progressive EHS experience, with at least 2 years in a management or supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated expertise in OSHA, EPA, and other federal, state, and local EHS regulations applicable to manufacturing operations.
Proven ability to develop, implement, and manage comprehensive EHS programs, conduct risk assessments, and lead incident investigations.
Strong leadership, communication, and training skills, with the ability to influence a safety-first culture.
Professional EHS certification (e.g., CSP, CIH, CHMM) highly preferred.
Bonus Qualifications
Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) designation.
Experience implementing or auditing ISO 14001 and/or ISO 45001 management systems.
Proficiency with EHS management software platforms and data analytics for trend identification.
Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification/experience for process improvement in EHS.
Multi-site EHS management experience within a manufacturing organization.
