Charlotte, NC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions. You will conduct routine patrols and remain highly visible throughout the location to help deter security‑related incidents. Your presence and professionalism will support a secure environment while delivering exceptional customer service and clear communication.

Tuesday 07:00 AM – 03:00 PM, Wednesday 07:00 AM – 03:00 PM

What You’ll Do
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security‑related procedures and site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor for suspicious behavior and/or unauthorized access within the financial institution environment.
Maintain a visible presence to deter potential threats and provide reassurance to employees and visitors.
Report all incidents, irregularities, and/or suspicious activities according to established protocols.
Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency responders as needed during incidents.
Carry and maintain assigned equipment and weapons according to company and site‑specific guidelines.
Minimum Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in armed security, law enforcement, or military roles.
Proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
At least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Participate in industry‑specific security training programs.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
