This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Lilongwe. The role involves executing sales and marketing strategies, identifying and engaging with potential customers, providing excellent customer service, and offering training and support to team members. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will actively contribute to sales growth, develop relationships with clients and partners, and support overall brand objectives through effective communication and collaboration. Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients, partners, and team members. Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, including achieving targets, managing accounts, and driving revenue growth. Experience in Training and mentoring team members to enhance their sales and marketing competencies. Organizational and leadership skills to execute strategies and manage multiple tasks effectively. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred. Proficient in using CRM and sales tools; familiarity with the food industry is a plus. Seniority Level
