Key responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, enhancing customer retention strategies, and supporting sales campaigns. The specialist will also contribute to developing marketing plans, preparing reports, and collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs.
Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management to achieve and exceed targets.
Experience and capability in Training to mentor and develop team members.
Excellent organizational and analytical skills to manage projects efficiently.
Proficiency in relevant CRM tools and sales tracking software is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative and dynamic on-site work environment.
