Role Description
This is a part time (path to full time) hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in San Diego, CA, with flexibility to work remotely for part of the schedule. The professional in this position will be responsible for generating and nurturing sales leads, maintaining relationships with clients, executing sales strategies, and providing world-class customer service. The role also involves conducting training sessions to enhance sales capabilities within the team and collaborating on marketing initiatives to support business objectives.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and communicate ideas clearly.
Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to achieve targets and manage the sales lifecycle.
Experience in Training and coaching team members to develop skills and achieve objectives.
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently or collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
Proficiency with CRM tools, analytics platforms, or other marketing and sales software is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
