The high‑quality plasma you collect will become life‑changing medicines. You will report to the Center Manager and oversee the general management of employees assigned to the production areas. How You Will Contribute
Monitor center training needs to ensure completion of cross‑training and annual re‑certification training. Review Quality Control Records. Coordinate and perform new employee orientation and participate in the hiring process. Manage the production area, motivate employees to meet performance goals and comply with company quality standards and procedures. Consult and refer to the management team for escalated donor/employee concerns. Counsel hourly staff on operational, safety, and customer service concerns and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. What You Bring to Takeda
High School Diploma or equivalent. Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED (Automatic External Defibrillator) certification. Ability to walk and stand for the entire shift, frequent lifting up to 32 pounds, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds. Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to monitor equipment from a distance. Because of potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens, prolonged glove wear is required.
