AXIOMis a global wholesale and brand development agency dedicated to elevating emerging luxury designers. We represent a curated portfolio of influential designer brands and seek a wholesaleAccount Managerto support our continued growth.
The Account Manager is critical in managing wholesale partnerships with leading global retailers. This individual will drive seasonal sales, maximize in-season opportunities, and identify new business growth through performance analysis and strategic planning. This is a high-impact, client-facing role ideal for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and has a strong understanding of the luxury fashion landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and retail teams through ongoing communication.
Analyze sales performance to create actionable, data-driven growth strategies.
Drive incremental sales by identifying reorder potential, managing stock levels, and initiating exclusive projects.
Expand business by identifying and pitching new accounts aligned with brand positioning.
Analyze weekly and monthly sales data, identify opportunities to increase revenue with reorders, & performance (stock transfers, RA's, etc.)
Collaborate with retail partners on financial planning, sales goals, and business reviews.
Ensure best-in-class brand presentation and sell-through performance across all partners.
Support brand activations, pop-ups, and special retail events.
Assist with managing showroom invites & appt schedules, executing planning calls (present seasonal recaps & strategies to grow business)
Lead seasonal showroom appointments in Paris, curating selects for top-tier accounts.
Process, track, and follow up on orders; ensure timely execution and communication with partners.
Monitor order flow, manage substitutions, and support target achievement per season.
Qualifications
Wholesale sales experience within the luxury fashion industry.
Deep knowledge of the global retail landscape, luxury market trends, and brand positioning.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent client relationship and communication skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Asana, Skypad, Le New Black, and NuOrder.
Strong analytical skills, including retail math and forecasting.
Must be able to travel internationally and work flexible hours during events or market weeks.
Self-motivated, solutions-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset.
