Axiom Agency is hiring a driven, early-career Sales Assistant to join our Los Angeles team. This role is designed for someone hungry to break into the business side of fashion and ready to learn wholesale, sales operations, and brand development from the ground up.
You do not need prior wholesale experience, we will train you. We are prioritizing ambition, work ethic, and follow-through.
Role Overview You will work directly with senior leadership and support sales operations for global luxury brands across wholesale, logistics, account support, and showroom preparation.
Key Responsibilities Sales Operations
Update order sheets, delivery trackers, and brand-specific reporting
Assist with retailer communication, confirmations, and follow-ups
Support preparation of seasonal sales materials (linesheets, logs, trackers)
Showroom + Market Support
Assist with showroom setup, merchandising, and breakdown
Organize samples and maintain sample tracking logs
Support during appointments (note-taking, order entry, and client-facing tasks)
Daily Coordination
Maintain Google Drive organization and shared file structures
Keep Asana tasks, logs, and weekly priorities updated
Assist with general sales and operational support as needed
Sales Training + Store Support
Support in preparation for sales trainings with team
Participate in store visits and training sessions (travel may be required)
Maintain training materials and gather feedback from store teams
Who This Role Is For
Early in their career (1–2 years experience working in retail or industry related role)
Highly organized and detail-oriented
A fast learner with strong follow-through
Comfortable with Google Workspace (drive and sheets)
Excited about the business side of fashion, not just the creative side
Ambitious, reliable, and looking for mentorship and career growth
Backgrounds that work well: retail associates, showroom interns, fashion students, creative assistants, project coordinators, production runners, or anyone who has demonstrated hunger and adaptability.
