Job Title
3rd Shift Threading Operator
Location Berne, IN 46711
Company Key Fasteners Corporation – a leading cold‑formed fastener manufacturer serving the automotive industry.
Responsibilities
Set up and operate a variety of thread rolling machines to produce quality products.
Plan and perform close‑tolerance setups with little or no assistance.
Use scales, microscopes, micrometers, calipers and fixed gauges to check and gauge work.
Load and unload product in the process using a forklift.
Read and follow process standards, control plans, and work instructions.
Start the machine, observe operation, inspect the first run and sample workpieces to ensure parts conform to specifications.
Remove and install specified tooling at changeovers and make necessary adjustments.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Willingness to learn.
Good attendance.
Strong mechanical aptitude.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
May need to train on a different shift.
