Executive Assistant – Sales – Cardone Training Technologies, Inc.
We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to partner closely with our Vice President of Sales at a pivotal stage of growth. This role is far more than administrative support—it is a trusted business partner for someone who anticipates needs, drives organization, and enables executive effectiveness across a high‑performing, revenue‑focused organization.
The ideal candidate is polished, discreet, proactive, and energized by operating at the executive level. You will serve as the organizational backbone for a senior leader whose scope includes revenue growth, customer relationships, executive leadership, and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic partner to the VP of Sales, managing complex calendars, prioritizing meetings, and ensuring time is allocated to the highest‑impact initiatives.
Act as a gatekeeper and liaison for internal leaders, customers, partners, and other stakeholders.
Prepare and coordinate materials for executive meetings, presentations, customer meetings, and off‑site events.
Manage domestic travel, including detailed itineraries, logistics, and contingency planning.
Track key action items, follow up on deliverables, and help ensure accountability across sales leadership initiatives.
Assist with sales leadership cadence: forecast reviews, pipeline meetings, compensation reviews, and planning.
Handle confidential information with absolute discretion and sound judgment.
Support special projects, cross‑functional initiatives, and ad‑hoc analysis as needed.
Personal & Lifestyle Support
Provide light personal support to enable the VP of Sales to remain focused and effective.
Coordinate occasional personal travel and calendar integration with business commitments.
Act as a trusted extension of the executive, anticipating needs and resolving issues proactively.
Maintain boundaries and professionalism while managing both business and personal priorities seamlessly.
What Success Looks Like
The VP of Sales operates with clarity, focus, and leverage.
Meetings are purposeful, well‑prepared, and outcome‑driven.
Communication flows smoothly across sales leadership, executive peers, and external stakeholders.
The executive’s time and energy are protected and optimized.
Qualifications
7+ years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally in sales, revenue, or high‑growth environments.
Proven experience supporting C‑level or VP‑level leaders in complex, fast‑paced organizations.
Exceptional organizational, time‑management, and prioritization skills.
Strong business acumen with the ability to understand sales metrics, urgency, and executive decision‑making.
Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
High emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office; comfort with CRM and sales tools is a plus.
Absolute discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
Why This Role Is Compelling
High visibility and direct partnership with a senior revenue leader.
Meaningful impact on the effectiveness of a core executive function.
Exposure to executive leadership, strategic decision‑making, and company growth.
Competitive compensation, benefits, and long‑term career growth potential.
