Strengthen The Rack: WVU Student Food Pantry by expanding partnerships, improving operations, and building sustainable systems that reduce student food insecurity. Develop reliable donation and volunteer pipelines. Formalize procedures, enhance training, and streamline workflows for The Rack and Snack Rack. Build data and reporting tools to track usage, identify student needs, and support funding efforts. Create nutrition and educational resources. Assist with grant research, donor materials, and marketing strategies to increase visibility and long-term support for the pantry. Program Benefits
