Key Responsibilities
Manage accounts payable, including processing vendor invoices and scheduling payments.

Assist with payroll processing, including timecard verification and expense reimbursements.

Recommended Qualifications
Proven proficiency in general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable management.
Experience with inventory costing, tracking, and reconciliation in a manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) or advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise.
Strong understanding of financial reporting, month‑end close processes, and variance analysis.
Prior bookkeeping or accounting experience within the manufacturing sector.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with ERP systems common in manufacturing (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics).
Basic understanding of cost accounting principles (e.g., inventory valuation, WIP, COGS).
