Responsibilities
Demonstrate a friendly, positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
Take orders over the phone and in person
Handle customer concerns and resolve issues
Manage cash handling and accurate change making
Upsell products and promote meal and merchandise offers
Prepare Domino’s high quality pizzas
Maintain food and portion control standards
Follow hygiene and food safety protocols
Assist with food preparation and general cleaning duties
Operate all store equipment (oven, fryer, slicer, etc.)
Stock ingredients from deliveries to storage and work area, including walk‑in cooler
Process telephone orders and maintain accurate records
Conduct inventory checks and complete paperwork
Clean equipment and facility daily
Essential Functions / Skills
Perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly (calculator may be used)
Provide correct monetary change
Communicate verbally and in writing with customers and team members
Coordinated hand‑eye movements to perform rapid, precise actions
Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
Work Conditions
Exterior tasks may involve varying weather conditions
In‑store temperatures range from 36°F to 90°F+; hot surfaces up to 500°F+
Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, and fumes
Cramped storage areas such as the walk‑in cooler
Potential for sharp edges and moving mechanical parts
Sensing and Special Requirements
Use telephone, hearing, and near/mid‑range vision for most tasks
Depth perception and differentiation between hot and cold surfaces
Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, and work with others under stress
Physical Requirements Standing : Most tasks are performed from a standing position.
Walking : Short distances for short durations.
Lifting : Bulk deliveries may involve items up to 50 lb; cases often stacked up to 72 in high.
Carrying : Large cans (≈3 lb), pizza sauce (≈30 lb), and trays of dough (~12 lb each) are carried.
Pushing / Pulling : Trays on dollies requiring up to 7.5 lb of force; occasional pulling.
Climbing / Stooping : Infrequent stair or ladder usage; forward bending at waist for 30–45 s repeated during the day.
Crouching / Squatting : Occasional shelves stocking and low area cleaning.
Reaching : Continuous up, down, and forward reaching.
Hand Tasks : Continuous use of hands with frequent forearm and wrist force for dough shaping; general food prep.
