AFS OCCHA Program Support & Community Specialist VISTA The VISTA will increase OCCHA's capacity to deliver high-quality programs that address poverty and meet community needs, strengthen partnerships, and expand resources. Their work will directly enhance program effectiveness, sustainability, and community engagement.

Responsibilities

Evaluate all OCCHA programs for alignment with community priorities.

Identify areas for improvement and update workflows and guidelines.

Assist in pursuing funding opportunities to sustain and grow programs.

Support marketing and outreach efforts to boost engagement.

Develop partnerships with organizations and stakeholders to enhance program quality and reach.

Help design new programs that respond to evolving community needs.
