Early Childhood Certified Infant/Toddler Teacher JCC Greater Boston in Newton, MA, is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Certified Infant/Toddler Teacher to join our team. As a Certified Toddler Teacher at JCC Greater Boston, you will have the chance to inspire and engage students while developing educational programs that promote social, emotional, and academic growth.

This posting is for a full‑time, salaried Certified Toddler Teacher. The starting salary is $47,940–$53,040. The salary offered will ultimately be determined by the scope of the position, the candidate's relevant experience, and internal equity. JCC Greater Boston also has openings for part‑time Toddler Teachers with multiple shift options. Requirements

Create a safe and nurturing environment where children can play, learn, and take risks.

Maintain full responsibility for the smooth running of the classroom environment.

In partnership with Early Learning Center Directors and peers, co‑create a collaborative, dynamic, positive, and innovative classroom culture.

Work in partnership with JCC leadership and other departments to support organizational goals and model JCC values.

Partner and communicate with families to ensure the best care and education for the children.

Design and implement curriculum.

Complete observation and document assessments regarding children's progress.

Adhere to all EEC regulations as well as NAEYC guidelines.

Qualifications

EEC certification required.

A love of children and a strong desire to make a difference every day.

Strong organizational skills, including teamwork, relationship‑building skills, the ability to multitask, and the ability to manage situations effectively and diplomatically.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Ability and commitment to build strong relationships with families, co‑workers, ELC leadership, and JCCGB colleagues.

Commitment to create and foster a dynamic environment where play and learning are a top priority.

Computer literate.
