Training Supervisor - Bilingual
BioLife Plasma Services (a subsidiary of Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Ltd.) employs a Training Supervisor - Bilingual to oversee training for employees in the production area. This role reports to the Center Manager and manages general employee operations and quality standards.
Job Responsibilities
Monitor center training needs to ensure completion of cross‑training and annual re‑certification training.
Review Quality Control Records.
Coordinate and perform new employee orientation and participate in the hiring process.
Manage the production area, motivate employees to meet performance goals and comply with company quality standards and procedures.
Consult and refer to the management team for escalated donor/employee concerns.
Counsel hourly staff on operational, safety, and customer service concerns and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED certification.
Frequent bending and reaching; ability to walk, stand, lift up to 32 lbs regularly, and occasionally 50 lbs.
Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to monitor equipment from a distance.
Because of potential exposure to blood‑borne pathogens, prolonged glove wear is required.
