Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment Foster children's social and emotional development Promote a love of learning Qualifications
Experience in lesson planning and curriculum development for preschool-aged children Knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences Experience working with kindergarten readiness skills Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching young children Strong organizational and time management skills CDA certification or equivalent is preferred Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is a plus
