Job Description Lead design and implementation of secure, scalable, and resilient network architectures to support cloud transformation initiatives for the TEDS project. Drive hybrid networking strategies to ensure seamless integration between on‑premises environments and cloud‑native services, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enable secure, high‑performance connectivity and governance.

Required Experience, Knowledge & Skills

Extensive experience in network architecture across AWS and on‑premises environments (minimum 8 years).

Strong knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), network segmentation, and firewall technologies.

Hands‑on experience with hybrid connectivity solutions (VPN, Direct Connect, Transit Gateway).

Expertise in network security principles, including encryption, identity, and compliance frameworks.

Proficiency in high availability design, load balancing, and failover strategies.

Familiarity with network automation tools (Terraform, Ansible) and CI/CD integration for infrastructure.

Preferred Experience, Knowledge & Skills

Experience with multi‑cloud networking (Azure, GCP) and cloud‑native networking services.

Knowledge of Zero Trust architecture and advanced security models.

Exposure to SD‑WAN technologies and network observability tools (NetFlow, CloudWatch, Prometheus).

Understanding of cost optimization strategies for cloud networking.

Responsibilities

Architect and implement hybrid and multi‑cloud connectivity patterns integrating on‑prem data center networks with AWS services.

Design secure, high‑performance network architectures that meet compliance, governance, and business continuity requirements.

Collaborate with cloud, security, and infrastructure teams to enable seamless migrations and optimize network operations.

Establish network governance standards and best practices to support long‑term growth and evolving enterprise needs.

Ensure routing, segmentation, and security policies align with enterprise architecture principles.

Drive high availability and disaster recovery strategies for mission‑critical workloads.
