Senior Network Architect (Cloud & Hybrid Infrastructure) We are seeking an experienced Network Architect to lead the design and implementation of secure, scalable, and resilient network architectures supporting cloud transformation initiatives for the TEDS project. This role requires deep expertise in hybrid networking, ensuring seamless integration between on‑premises data centers and cloud‑native services, primarily within AWS.

The ideal candidate will serve as a technical leader, driving architecture decisions, governance standards, and best practices to support enterprise‑scale, mission‑critical workloads.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and implement hybrid and multi‑cloud connectivity solutions integrating on‑premises data center networks with AWS services.

Design secure, high‑performance network architectures that meet enterprise compliance, governance, and business continuity requirements.

Collaborate closely with cloud, security, and infrastructure teams to enable smooth cloud migrations and optimize network operations.

Establish and maintain network architecture standards, governance models, and best practices to support long‑term scalability and evolving business needs.

Ensure routing, segmentation, firewall, and security policies align with enterprise architecture principles.

Design and drive high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) strategies for mission‑critical systems.

Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in network architecture across AWS and on‑premises environments.

Strong expertise in routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), network segmentation, and firewall technologies.

Hands‑on experience with hybrid connectivity solutions, including VPN, AWS Direct Connect, and Transit Gateway.

Deep understanding of network security principles, including encryption, identity, and compliance frameworks.

Proven experience designing high availability, load balancing, and failover architectures.

Experience with network automation tools such as Terraform and Ansible, and CI/CD integration for infrastructure.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with multi‑cloud networking (Azure, GCP).

Knowledge of Zero Trust architecture and advanced security models.

Exposure to SD‑WAN technologies and network observability tools (NetFlow, CloudWatch, Prometheus).

Understanding of cloud networking cost optimization strategies.

Relevant certifications such as:

AWS Advanced Networking – Specialty

Cisco CCNP / CCIE

Azure Network Engineer Associate
