$90,000 – $150,000 per year

Qualifications

Post Bar Law Clerk – 10+ years of experience

Civil litigation experience desired; apply if interested in Family Law

Experience in Divorce law, Family Law, HNW divorce, Spousal Support, DVRO, Child Custody/Support, Adoption, Alimony, Domestic Violence, Pre/Postnuptials, and Complex Property Division

Experience in Guardianship and Conservatorship, Elder Law, Litigation

JD, in good standing with the CA bar

Role located in San Jose, CA
