Key Responsibilities
Resident Care: Administer medications, treatments, and supplies with accuracy and compassion.
Care Planning: Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet residents’ unique needs.
Clinical Expertise: Provide wound care, treatments, and other nursing procedures to ensure residents’ health and comfort.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely medical records, charting all observations and treatments.
Confidentiality: Protect resident privacy in compliance with HIPAA standards.
Qualifications
Current LPN license in the State of New York.
Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred, but not required.
Compassionate, dependable, and dedicated to resident well-being.
