Job Summary : Plans, coordinates, and supervises field operations of projects. Provides technical direction and is responsible for safety, costs, productivity, profitability, and overall quality of the work.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinates means and methods, manpower, equipment, and material resources to accomplish goals.

Develops and manages construction plan with the PM for successful execution.

Ensures project team coordinates schedules internally and with subcontractors for monthly updates.

Ensures superintendents identify efficient/effective flow to maintain high production.

Oversees development of CPM project schedule with superintendents and PM.

Oversees procurement process with project team for proper coordination with CPM schedule.

Oversees timely completion of all punch lists and develops a schedule for owner‑approved start‑up and commissioning.

Participates in business development proposals and presentations.

Responsible for understanding prime contract terms, contract documents, subcontract agreements, purchase order agreements, etc.

Minimum Job Requirements

10+ years’ construction project supervision.

BS degree in construction‑related field.

Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite.

Projects worked on in excess of $200 million.

Physical Requirements

Ability to wear personal protective equipment.

May reach above shoulder heights and below the waist frequently.

May stoop, kneel, or bend on an occasional basis.

May use telephone, computer, email, or other electronic devices on a limited basis.

Must comply with all safety standards and procedures.

Occasional climbing of stairs, ladders.

Required to use hands to grasp, lift, handle, carry or feel objects frequently.

Interaction with people frequently during shift.

Will lift, push or pull objects occasionally.

Will sit, stand or walk short distances for up to the entire shift duration.
