Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter ESO Consultants LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter Hourly Rate Range: $55 – $75/hour Location of Performance: New York City (Hybrid / Limited remote flexibility) Job Type: Contract | Fixed hours based on workload
Role Overview: The Talent Acquisition Specialist supports sourcing, screening, and candidate coordination for active recruitment pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates using multiple recruitment channels
Conduct resume screening and initial interviews
Maintain accurate candidate tracking and documentation
Coordinate interview logistics and communications
Support recruitment events and outreach initiatives
Qualifications:
3–5 years of recruiting experience
Experience supporting high-volume or multi-role hiring
Strong organizational and communication skills
Compensation: $75.00 per hour
