DEI & Community Outreach Recruitment Manager ESO Consultants LLC is seeking a DEI & Community Outreach Recruitment Manager Hourly Rate Range: $70 – $95/hour Location of Performance: New York City (Onsite required for events) Job Type: Contract | Project-based Role Overview: This role leads diversity-focused recruitment initiatives and develops long-term community and academic partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Build partnerships with universities, community groups, and professional organizations Organize job fairs, career workshops, and outreach events Support internship and early-career pipeline programs Review hiring materials for inclusive language and bias reduction Track and report diversity recruitment metrics Qualifications: 5+ years of DEI recruitment or workforce outreach experience Proven partnership and event-management background Strong communication and relationship-building skills Compensation: $95.00 per hour About Us
