The Recruiter at McLane Global is responsible for managing the full‑cycle recruitment process to attract and hire top talent across the organization. This role works closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and provide exceptional candidate experience from application to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and hiring timelines
Develop and post job descriptions across job boards, social media, and internal systems
Source candidates using multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, ATS)
Screen resumes and conduct phone/video interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams
Collect and provide interview feedback and make hiring recommendations
Extend job offers and manage offer negotiations and pre‑employment processes
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company hiring policies
Additional responsibilities may be assigned as business needs evolve
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3 – 5+ years of recruiting experience (agency or in‑house).
Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruiting tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of HR best practices and employment law.
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite
High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
