About the Role The company is an electronics manufacturing company established for over 20 years, with a global footprint in 10 countries. They seek a motivated and seasoned Recruiter to join the HR team in Arlington, TX. This professional will contribute to the continuous growth of the US plant workforce, across both frontline and corporate functions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full‑cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding candidates.
Handle high‑volume requisitions for manufacturing frontline and corporate office functions.
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other sourcing methods.
Track recruitment metrics and report on hiring activity.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
3–6+ years of professional recruiting experience; agency background preferred.
Ability to manage high‑volume requisitions (at least 20 at the same time) and meet hiring goals.
Strong sourcing skills across various channels.
Experience working in a fast‑paced high‑growth environment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); familiarity with ADP system is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
