Salary Range: $61,000 - $93,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Otsego that are seeking skilled Industrial Electricians. Key Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair electrical control systems, equipment, and components.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions using schematics, multimeters, and other testing devices.
Perform preventative maintenance on industrial machinery and electrical systems to ensure optimal operation.
Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications for electrical installations.
Adhere to all safety regulations, electrical codes (e.g., NFPA 70E), and company policies.
Calibrate and adjust electrical equipment, including PLCs, VFDs, and motor controls.
Document all maintenance, repair, and inspection activities accurately.
Recommended Qualifications
Formal apprenticeship or vocational training in industrial electricity.
3-5 years of proven experience in industrial electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
Strong understanding of PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) and industrial control systems.
Comprehensive knowledge of safety regulations and best practices, including Lockout/Tagout and NFPA 70E.
Bonus Qualifications
Proficiency in PLC programming and advanced troubleshooting (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens)
Experience with industrial robotics maintenance and programming
Certification or specialized training in Arc Flash safety and NFPA 70E standards
Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) like SAP PM or Maximo
