$61,000 - $93,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair electrical control systems, equipment, and wiring.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions using testing devices and schematics.
Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on industrial machinery and electrical components.
Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
Work with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), and motor controls.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, including Lockout/Tagout procedures.
Install conduit, pull wire, and terminate electrical connections according to codes.
Recommended Qualifications
Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent certification.
Proven experience with PLC programming, troubleshooting, and repair.
Strong understanding of industrial motor controls, VFDs, and power distribution systems.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
Demonstrated knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and relevant safety standards.
Experience with preventative and predictive maintenance of electrical systems in a manufacturing environment.
Bonus Qualifications
PLC programming and advanced troubleshooting skills
Experience with robotics and automated systems
Proficiency in Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) setup, programming, and diagnostics
Certification in NFPA 70E Arc Flash Safety
