Recommended Qualifications
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, including at least 1-2 years in a supervisory capacity.
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a production team to meet output and quality goals.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, safety protocols, and quality control standards (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to address production issues efficiently.
Proficiency in production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Bonus Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent continuous improvement training.
Proficiency in a second language, particularly Spanish.
Experience with specific ERP/MES systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex).
Formal training or certification in industrial safety (e.g., OSHA 30-hour).
