Salary Range: $87,000 - $133,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) across manufacturing operations.
Identify and analyze process inefficiencies, waste, and bottlenecks to develop actionable improvement plans.
Train, mentor, and coach employees at all levels on continuous improvement methodologies and tools.
Develop, implement, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness and sustainability of improvement projects.
Facilitate cross-functional teams and workshops to solve complex operational problems and drive root cause analysis.
Champion a culture of continuous improvement, problem-solving, and operational excellence throughout the organization.
Standardize best practices and ensure their consistent application across different manufacturing lines or sites.
Recommended Qualifications
5+ years of experience in continuous improvement roles within a manufacturing environment.
Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) or Master Black Belt (CSSMBB).
Proven expertise in Lean methodologies (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Kaizen) and their practical application.
Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully leading and implementing CI initiatives.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, including proficiency in statistical analysis tools.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.
Bonus Qualifications
Proficiency with Business Intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for advanced data visualization and dashboarding.
Experience applying Industry 4.0 technologies (IoT, AI, automation) to continuous improvement initiatives.
Certification or significant experience with Theory of Constraints (TOC) methodology.
Experience utilizing process simulation software (e.g., Arena, FlexSim) for optimization modeling.
