Job Duties and Responsibilities As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will support the recruitment and hiring processes, collaborate with the recruitment team, HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.

Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Coordinate and schedule interviews, both in‑person and virtual, ensuring all parties are well informed.

Communicate with recruiters regarding the recruitment process, providing updates and addressing concerns.

Assist with coordination of job fairs, career events, and other recruitment initiatives.

Process new hire requests, offer letters, and onboarding.

Coordinate pre‑employment activities, including background checks and drug screenings, as required.

Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and Excel trackers to ensure data integrity.

Provide administrative support e.g., preparing offer letters, employment contracts, and new hire paperwork.

Participate in onboarding by coordinating orientation schedules and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.

Organize multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Execute excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

Proactively problem‑solve and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.

Manage time and meet deadlines consistently.

Bilingual, Spanish/English highly preferred.

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

Previous experience as a recruiting coordinator, HR assistant, or similar role is preferred.

Proficiency with ATS and HR software.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to carry and lift items up to 25 pounds.

Must speak clearly in group settings.

Requires sitting for long periods, walking, standing, bending, and fine motor skills such as finger dexterity.
