HotFoot Recruiters is excited to partner with a construction and engineering services company to fill the position of Bilingual HR Specialist (Onboarding / Admin). This role will support employee onboarding, HR administration, and training coordination, working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth HR operations for the local workforce. This is a priority hire.
Title: Bilingual HR Specialist (Onboarding / Admin)
Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire
Location: On-site – Arizona
Pay Range: $60,000–$70,000 DOE
Responsibilities
Manage employee onboarding processes, including documentation, orientation coordination, and system setup.
Provide day-to-day HR administrative support for approximately 50 employees.
Maintain and update employee records within the HRIS to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Coordinate training planning and education programs for local hires.
Support and track training programs and employee participation.
Assist with city incentive applications and related documentation.
Support ACA-related compliance activities and reporting by gathering and maintaining required employee data.
Prepare HR documentation, reports, and internal communications as needed.
Serve as a bilingual point of contact for employees regarding onboarding and basic HR questions.
Qualifications
Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English (required).
Previous experience in HR administration, onboarding, or HR support roles.
Familiarity with HRIS systems and employee data management.
Experience supporting training coordination or compliance-related HR tasks is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Comfortable working fully on-site during standard business hours.
