Retirement Plan Support Specialist-TPA/DPS

Pay Range: $19.45 - $25.93

Responsibilities

Prepare trust accountings, reconcile financial data, and import data (30%)

Publish Form 5500 for client signature and related forms, assist compliance consultant (25%)

Coordinate annual compliance needs, generate & import employee census files (20%)

Administrative processing distributions, hardships, loans, etc. (20%)

Qualifications

Associate degree and one year related experience or equivalent combination.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals and technical procedures.

Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external contacts.

Ability to prepare Excel spreadsheets, reconcile numbers, and analyze financial data. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

Knowledge of advanced Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access) and ability to develop application software skills as needed.

Physical Requirements

Effective communication with internal and/or external customers.

Stationary 75% of time or greater.

Move objects to maximum 10 lbs.
