The Role:

The Senior Recruiter will support client hiring managers with filling their vacancies to target start dates ensuring all quality thresholds and SLA/KPIs are met. They will deliver excellent recruitment services to the client in line with agreed service levels, acting as the custodian of candidate quality and the hiring manager experience.
For this role we need an individual with fluent German, deep expertise of the DACH market. Background in pharma industry will be ideal.
What you’ll be doing:
Leading an end-to-end recruitment process in DACH region.
Facilitating the interview and selection process.
Developing and maintaining strong partnerships with business leaders.
Consulting with Hiring Managers on hiring needs and priorities.
Identifying process improvements and managing client expectations.
Producing timely and accurate management information, keeping system updated.
Delivering results against client SLAs, KPIs and team objectives.
Undertaking market mapping projects.
You’ll need to demonstrate:
Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, with a deep expertise of the DACH markets and ideally pharma industry, working directly with Hiring Managers.
Fluency in English and German both written and spoken.
Excellent communication skills and ability to build long-lasting relationships with candidates, clients and teammates.
Strong customer focus and the ability to manage senior stakeholders in an onsite role.
An analytical mind, attention to detail and practical approach.
Previous international exposure to working with different geographies and cultures.
Capable of dealing with ambiguity and ever changing priorities.
