The Role Are you passionate about connecting talent with opportunities? As a contract Senior Recruiter, you will play a key role in delivering high‑quality, end‑to‑end recruitment for our client, supporting a range of projects across infrastructure, sustainability, and innovation. You’ll work closely with hiring managers, HR business partners, and the global talent acquisition team to attract, engage, and hire the best talent, while ensuring an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience. This is a strategic and hands‑on role that requires excellent relationship‑building skills, recruitment expertise, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced, agile environment. Location & Contract The role will need to reside in the following state locations: Florida, Georgia, Ohio, Texas, Toronto, Ontario. This is a 6‑month contract. Preferred Candidates Will have full life‑cycle Engineering and/or Infrastructure Engineering recruitment /experience. Responsibilities Own the full recruitment lifecycle

– from job briefing and proactive sourcing, to offer and onboarding – for roles including engineering, consultancy, and corporate functions. Build strong partnerships

with hiring managers, HR, and business leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies. Proactively source candidates

using various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, talent pools, referrals), ensuring a strong pipeline of niche talent. Promote client as an employer of choice

by delivering a best‑in‑class candidate experience and effectively communicating our client’s EVP. Use data and insights

to track performance, report on KPIs, and continuously improve sourcing and hiring outcomes, delivering against KPI’s and SLA’s. Qualifications & Experience 5+ years in recruitment experience, preferably in Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering and Aviation. English language required; German language skills a plus. Proven experience as an in‑house or 360 recruiter, in a multinational or matrixed environment. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills – able to build trust and credibility at all levels. Why AMS?
