Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist – Manufacturing (Hybrid)
Location: Winston‑Salem, NC

Key Responsibilities
Source and interview candidates for exempt and manufacturing roles.
Partner with Hiring Managers on interview and selection procedures.
Attend and organize hiring events, including monthly hiring events and career fairs.
Identify workforce needs with hiring managers and conduct strategy calls to determine selection criteria.
Utilize social platforms, professional networks, and applicant tracking system Avature to source candidates.
Create impactful job descriptions and interview questions in collaboration with Hiring Managers.
Assess candidate information and facilitate screening calls, assessments, and in‑person interviews.
Develop robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Foster long‑term relationships with past applicants, potential candidates, and hiring managers.
Qualifications
5–8 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related role.
Proficiency with social media, resume databases, and professional networks (Factory Fix, LinkedIn, etc.).
Hands‑on experience with full‑cycle recruiting and various interview techniques.
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs).
Excellent verbal and written communication, sourcing, and presentation skills.
Understanding of roles within matrixed, corporate organizations.
4‑year degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (preferred).
Additional Information Position is hybrid – 2 days per week in the office.
