Sr Talent Acquisition Partner

Job Summary Proactively provides consultative talent acquisition services including establishing effective relationships with internal stakeholders (HRBPs, hiring managers, leaders) and external partners (staffing/agency partners, social media vendors, networking partners); implementing talent acquisition programs to support PowerSecure’s organizational goals; and managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
Responsibilities
Execute effective and compliant recruiting strategies such as candidate management and inclusive sourcing.
Develop talent strategies based on a deep understanding of business needs and the candidate marketplace.
Manage candidate expectations and engage talent throughout the hiring process.
Generate a high-volume and high-quality candidate pipeline under tight timelines.
Communicate proactively and consistently with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, HR teammates, external contacts, and candidates to ensure a positive experience.
Maintain relationships with retained search/firm or agency partners.
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including selection criteria, sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
Utilize UKG applicant tracking system to post positions, manage candidates, develop reports, and maintain recruitment data.
Implement best practices to attract diverse talent using technology, social media, community outreach, military, educational, professional organizations, referral networks, and outplacement agencies.
Track, measure, and manage sourcing channels and provide workforce planning data to organization and VP, HR.
Ensure compliance and reporting for all federal and state hiring practices.
Recommend process improvements based on experiences with internal business units.
Collaborate with interview panels to ensure preparedness and partner with hiring managers on competency questions.
Provide training and coaching to hiring managers on the recruiting process to foster a hiring culture.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, communications, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 7 years of experience in high-volume and technical recruitment.
Experience with applicant tracking systems; UKG preferred.
High proficiency in prospecting and lead generation techniques to capture specific skillsets.
Strong customer focus with a consultative approach to internal clients.
Ability to work autonomously and prioritize in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Physical Demands And Work Environment
Hybrid – remote and onsite work.
Occasional overnight travel may be required.
Requires lifting up to 25 pounds for external career networking events.
Extended periods seated at a computer screen.
Work may involve exposure to manufacturing space hazards including slip, pinch, pull, fall, and noise.
