Human Resources Generalist – Wiland Base pay range:

$82,000.00/yr – $109,000.00/yr

The Human Resources Generalist is a key member of the Human Resources team, providing comprehensive support across various HR functions. This role requires a blend of hands‑on execution and strategic thinking in talent acquisition and development, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR operations. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem‑solver and team player who can maintain confidentiality and promote a positive work environment.

Essential Functions

Manage full‑cycle recruitment processes

Coordinate and improve onboarding procedures

Coach employees on company policies and procedures

Handle employee inquiries and concerns

Support benefits programs and answer employee questions

Maintain Human Resources systems

Generate and analyze quarterly/annual metrics and reports

Coordinate and deliver new‑employee orientation

Support ongoing training programs and initiatives including course development, scheduling, editing, learning and development administration

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience. Must produce college transcripts with a minimum 3.0 GPA if applicable.

6+ years of experience in Human Resources, including benefits, compliance, training, and employee relations.

6+ years of experience in recruiting and interviewing.

6+ years of experience with HRIS, ATS, LMS, etc.; Paycom experience is preferred.

Excellent PC skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Zoom.

Strong initiative and ability to drive projects forward, meeting all deadlines.

Strong organizational skills.

Location: Colorado – Hybrid

Department: Finance & Admin

Compensation: Base salary range $82,000 – $109,000 plus a variable component.
