Entry Level Production Associate (Multiple Shifts Available)
Your client is seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Entry Level Production Associate to join a growing production team in a modern facility dedicated to producing high‑quality food products. Ideal candidates will bring a strong work ethic, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a team‑oriented environment.
Location:
McMinnville, Oregon – This role is fully onsite.
Available Shifts
Day Shift 1 – Sunday, every other Wednesday (5 AM–5 PM)
Day Shift 2 – Every other Wednesday – Saturday (5 AM–5 PM)
Night Shift 1 – Sunday, every other Wednesday (5 PM–5 AM)
Night Shift 2 – Every other Wednesday – Saturday (5 PM–5 AM)
Responsibilities
Operate, set up, and adjust manufacturing equipment to support production lines.
Monitor product quality and machine performance, making adjustments as needed to ensure consistent results.
Prepare and mix ingredients or oversee product packaging to meet established standards.
Inspect production processes for accuracy, including product appearance, packaging integrity, and final output.
Support team goals by maintaining safety, cleanliness, and efficiency on the production floor.
Qualifications
No prior machine operation experience required; training will be provided.
Demonstrated reliability and commitment to maintaining a consistent work schedule, with flexibility for occasional overtime.
Strong attention to detail and ability to recognize and correct issues quickly.
Positive, team‑oriented attitude with adaptability to shift priorities as needed.
Ability to communicate effectively. All materials will be provided in English.
