Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Associate to work the 2:30 pm–11:00 pm shift at the Walmart Dairy Plant in Fort Wayne, IN. The role involves repairing and maintaining production equipment, supporting building facilities, and ensuring safe operation of machinery. What you’ll do
Assist other maintenance technicians in equipment repair and maintenance. Clean and maintain equipment, tools, and work areas. Complete work orders, record logs, and other required documentation. Maintain and repair building facilities (plumbing, construction, painting). Operate material‑handling equipment, battery pallets, and other powered machinery. Assist in the safe handling and disposal of hazardous materials. Perform preventive and basic maintenance on production equipment, lift trucks, pneumatic systems, hydraulic equipment, dock equipment, HVAC units, and other facilities. Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity. Prioritize and complete tasks effectively, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners. Minimum Qualifications
Prior work experience in a construction, industrial, production, or manufacturing environment. Preferred Qualifications
Experience repairing/maintaining production equipment in a manufacturing or production environment. Location
