Filler Operator, Manufacturing (2:00pm-10:30pm, Mon-Fri) - $22.80/hr. Walmart is opening its third owned and operated milk processing facility in Robinson, Texas, scheduled to begin operations in 2026. The state‑of‑the‑art facility will process and bottle a variety of milk options including gallon, half gallon, whole, 2%, 1%, skim, 1% chocolate milk, and cream for Walmart's Great Value and Sam's Club Member's Mark brands. This new facility reflects Walmart's commitment to building a resilient and transparent supply chain, sourcing high‑quality milk primarily from Texas dairy farmers to serve more than 750 Walmart stores and Sam's Clubs throughout Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana and parts of Arkansas and Mississippi.

Base Pay Range $22.00/hr – $24.00/hr

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor filling machinery in a dairy processing environment.

Track and adjust fill weights to meet bottle specifications.

Oversee cap monitoring and capping, along with general product packaging.

Clean, set up, operate, and monitor filling equipment.

Perform all necessary quality checks and complete documentation for filling machinery.

Record production and quality data.

Conduct filler line changeovers.

Adhere to sanitation and quality policies and procedures.

Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices and food safety and quality system requirements.

Keep the workspace clean, sanitary, and safe.

Communicate with other departments, management, and associates and promptly report any issues or concerns that may impact production efficiency.

Act in accordance with Walmart’s values of integrity, service, and excellence, and support a culture of belonging and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
