Regional Business Office Manager
with proven regional expertise in East Tennessee to oversee the financial operations of multiple skilled nursing facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business office management, billing, and team leadership within the long-term care industry.
Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr
Responsibilities:
Oversee financial operations across multiple facilities in East TN.
Supervise and mentor Business Office Managers.
Manage Medicaid and private pay billing, collections, and accounts receivable.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational policies.
Provide financial reporting, analysis, and strategic recommendations to leadership.
Qualifications:
Regional experience in East Tennessee is required.
Proven experience managing multiple skilled nursing facilities.
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Knowledge of Medicaid and insurance billing processes.
