Position Summary
The Maintenance Manager ensures all attractions, arcade games, and facility systems are fully operational, safe, and guest-ready. This leadership role oversees the maintenance team, manages preventive maintenance schedules, supervises repairs, and coordinates with operations to maintain high uptime and a clean, well‑maintained environment. The Maintenance Manager mentors technicians and ensures compliance with all safety protocols and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily inspections, safety checks, and preventive maintenance of attractions and rides
Supervise and support arcade and redemption game repairs and preventive maintenance
Manage facility repairs including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, fixtures, doors, and signage
Lead, train, and mentor the maintenance team; assign and evaluate work tasks
Document maintenance activities, repairs, and schedules
Collaborate with operations to prioritize and address facility needs efficiently
Enforce all safety protocols, including lockout/tagout and manufacturer guidelines
Preferred Qualifications
Trade certifications or equivalent experience in mechanical, electrical, or automotive fields
Proven work history in equipment, machinery, and building maintenance
Compensation & Benefits
Starting Pay:
$30 per hour, with performance‑based bonus opportunities

Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong mechanical aptitude; familiarity with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
Proven leadership experience in a high‑paced environment
Excellent problem‑solving, organizational, and prioritization skills
Dependable attendance and punctuality
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, bend, and reach overhead
Good visual acuity; must not be color‑blind
High school diploma or equivalent; trade certifications or technical degrees preferred
Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals; soldering and electrical troubleshooting preferred
Physical & Availability Requirements
Stand/walk continuously, bend, kneel, climb ladders, lift up to 50 lbs
Work in areas with high noise and flashing lights
Available for weekends, holidays, and peak periods
Pass a background check
